We are now looking for several switchboard operators for our client, a government agency in Sundsvall. The position is a consulting assignment through Bemannia starting on 2026-02-18 and lasting until 2026-06-30, with the possibility of extension. The position is full-time 100% and you will work at the client's premises in Sundsvall. Working hours are from 07:45 to 16:15.

Your responsibilities

In your role as a switchboard operator, you will be the face of the agency. You will work in a service-oriented manner and quickly adapt to various situations that may arise, as well as enjoy working with people. To thrive in this role, we believe you are positive, service-oriented, and customer-focused. It is important that you have good communication skills and a pleasant demeanor towards both customers and colleagues. Your tasks will involve answering questions via phone regarding individuals' taxation and income declarations. Guiding in e-services related to taxation and income declarations. The work includes searching for answers in the client's systems, staying updated on news, and supporting your colleagues.

Your qualifications

• Basic eligibility for higher education

• One (1) year of continuous work experience in the requested competency area

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form

• Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent

• Good collaboration skills and a pleasant demeanor towards customers and colleagues

Meritorious

• Knowledge in declarations/tax issues
